Interactive Health respects the privacy of our members.

Personal information that you provide to us and health data obtained by us through health evaluations will only be used by Interactive Health to provide you with personally relevant information. Interactive Health will not, under any circumstances, sell or rent information about individual members to any outside third party.

As part of our service, Interactive Health will, upon occasion, send e-mails to our members containing general health and wellness information and/or directing them to personally relevant information on our web site. These e-mails will never contain a member's personal or health information. Members that do not wish to receive these e-mails may unsubscribe at any time.


The Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") is a federal program that requires that all medical records and other individually identifiable health information used or disclosed by us in any form, whether electronically, on paper, or orally, are kept properly confidential.

Interactive Health technology, security, and privacy practices comply with HIPAA standards. Additionally, all Interactive Health employees are required to understand and abide by the rules and regulations of HIPAA.
